COVID-19 Risk Assessment

St Mark's Church of England Primary School has put in place a number of measures to minimise the risk of infection at the school.  This includes additional handwashing, cleaning, staggering of lunchtime and start / finish time of the day, keeping the children in class / year / group bubbles.  Adults are not required to wear a mask in the classroom, but are required to wear a mask while transitioning through school and other times where it is not possible to social distance from other parents.

We ask that parents wear a mask when picking up and dropping off their child from school, and wear a mask if they need to come into school for any reason.  Contact with the school should be via e-mail and phone where possible.

Please see the school risk assessment for more details.  The swimming pool is covered by a separate risk assessment.

Last updated: 17 May 2021.  This risk assessment will remain under review.
